Entering Data:  Datasheet View

Now It is time for you or someone else to enter the actual information.  Suppose the fields you defined were:  first name, last name, parent's name, street address, city, state, zip code, and extra curricular activity.  Your data sheet will only have one line for you to enter information.  Tab from field to field to enter information.  When you have entered information on that line, press the tab button to get another line.

Editing Data

Editing data works in much the same manner as it does in a word processor.  If you need to change anything, just go to that view (datasheet or design), click on the field and edit the information.
