DATABASE

Interface

There are several bars in Microsoft Access that can help the user navigate through the software program. The title bar is located on the top of the window. This will help the user understand which program they are in. The menu bar is underneath. Common functions can be found here with easy access. The standard toolbar is where specific functions (and common ones) pertaining to Access can be located. Finally, the main database window contains all of the associated files that belong to the database (Classroom Database in the example below). The relational files can be accessed by clicking on the appropriate button (e.g., Tables, Queries, Forms).
