ELECTRONIC PRESENTATIONS

Presenting the Slide Show

When one is finished creating the presentation, it can be previewed in Slide Show mode. This will help the presenter preview the layout, design, animation, text, and pictures before formally making the presentation. If things do not look right, this is a good time to make the changes.

The Slide Show is also the final form to be delivered to be deliverd to an audience. When in Slide Show mode, a presenter can progress to the next slide or backtrack to the previous slide.

To begin the Slide Show, click on the slide show button (toward the lower left of the window) or go to View and click on Slide Show. NOTE: To begin the Slide Show with the title slide, make sure you are on the title slide. The Slide Show begins on whatever slide is chosen.

To end the Slide Show, press the ESC key on the keyboard. This will end the Slide Show and take you back to the PowerPoint progam.
