Borders and Shading

Adding borders and shadows to text help accentuate information on your document that you want the reader to take notice.

To add borders to text, follow the steps below:

To create a border for the page, you would click on the Page Border tab and select the options there in the window to suit your needs.

To add shading to text, you can adjust the color of a particular border text or phrase (even if your text/phrase do not have solid borders). Click on the Shading tab and select the options you want.
