Printing the document is simple. If you are ready to print a final copy of the document, follow the directions below:

• Click on File and select Print.

• A Print Properties dialog box will appear with several options. Select the one(s) you need and click the OK button.

 

Another method to use is by clicking the Print button located on the Standard toolbar.
